BC High alumnus and current Michigan star Jared Daigle’18 will be competing at the US Olympic Swim Trials in Omaha from June 13-20. At Michigan, Jared competes in the 200IM, 400IM, and 200 Backstroke. This summer at the Olympic Trials, Jared will be competing in the 200 Individual Medley. BC High caught up with Jared before he leaves for Omaha, as he had this to say:
JD: “My time at Michigan has been incredibly valuable to me. Not only have I improved so much in the sport of swimming, but I have learned from some incredible coaches and teammates. Qualifying for Olympic Trials was at the top of my list of goals in the sport of swimming since I was twelve years old, and it feels amazing to have finally made it.”
