Dining Services FAQ
Welcome to our table! Dining services, managed by Rebecca’s Culinary Group, creates an outstanding experience around the enjoyment of food.
Breakfast is offered every day from 7am-8:15
We offer a variety of options from egg sandwiches and donuts to cereal and fresh
Lunch service is offered from 10:45am-1pm in your designated lunch period.
Starting in September 2021, the dining services has gone cashless. Please make sure to have money loaded onto your Eagle card

Mobile ordering is offered as an Express Pick-up option via the Transact Mobile Ordering App.
The snack bar is open from 2:30-5:30 PM providing well-balanced selections of sandwiches, salads, pizza, fruit, yogurt, snacks and beverages. Hours are subject to change dependent on school events and activities.
Rebecca’s Catering provides the highest levels of quality and service—from small meetings to large-scale events across campus. We guide you through the planning process and welcome the opportunity to create an inspiring culinary experience, whatever the occasion.

BC High’s Dining Services Team is committed to safely serving everyone on campus.
From the partners that deliver food to our operations, to the cooking techniques used by our teams, and the food safety practices we train to our team members, Rebecca’s provides a wide range of comprehensive food safety solutions well beyond standard regulations.
As we continue to navigate through the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, we have taken several increased measures and operational changes to steer through these uncertain times and continue to do all we can to align with directives from local, state and federal agencies.
BEST PRACTICES HIGHLIGHTS
- Dining services receives regular health inspections from the City of Boston as well as unannounced inspections by a third-party safety consultant. Our most recent city inspection was a perfect score.
- Enhanced safety and sanitation measures has led to zero positive cases
amongst the dining team - All team members are vaccinated and wear face coverings indoors
- We have switched to single wrapped and touchless utensil dispensers.
- Contactless order and payment are available.
STANDARD PRACTICES
- Clean and sanitize thoroughly throughout every operation.
- Reinforce heightened protocol on all sanitation efforts.
- Educate our team members on prevention, as provided by the CDC.
- Maintain strict hand washing guidelines.
- Ensure that staff members adhere to our sick leave policies, requiring staff to stay home if they do not feel well.

SOURCING
We focus on gaining full traceability of our supply chains, from farm to fork. We have set honest and ambitious targets for this, with metrics that show our progress. We ensure that our supplier partners sign up to our Code of Conduct which sets vigorous standards for our way of working and the standards we expect. We share information about our supply chain in order to bring our customers closer to how and where the food they eat is grown.

- Oakhurst Dairy is our product of choice to provide local and hormone free milk
